John S. Cooper - Consultancy Services
Fees for the consultancy services are assessed entirely on the time involvement by the practice on the Client's behalf, irrespective of the nature of the project (ie. whether or not it is a capital investment project) and either on a ‘Revenue' basis, appropriate when a Client has only a short term requirement for the services in dealing with a particular problem, or on a ‘Retainer’ basis, appropriate when a Client has either a specific capital investment project to be undertaken or an on-going long term requirement for technical and/or advisory services.
Fees for expert services in relation to legal issues are also assessed on the time involvement by the practice on the Client's behalf and are dependent on the nature of the expert services required (eg. preliminary opinion, preparation of expert report for Court submission, attendance at Court, etc.).
The respective scales of charges for fees and expenses are available on request.
